The services offered, with the exception of specific backup services, do not include the restoration of content stored in backups created by Complementos Del Tiempo S.L. when such loss is attributable to the user; in such cases, a fee will be determined based on the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to the user’s prior approval.

The recovery of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Complementos Del Tiempo S.L.
