Delivery times are approximate. We work with reputable shipping companies; however, exceptional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Nomon’s control or due to customs inspections in the case of international shipments.
Orders placed during holiday closures (as previously indicated on the website) will be shipped starting on the date we reopen.
Deliveries are made to the street address specified in the order.
Address changes are not permitted once the order has been shipped.
If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, missing import documentation, or failure to pick up the shipment within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the shipment to Nomon’s warehouses and, if applicable, the costs of a new shipment.
Nomon covers the costs of customs clearance and applicable duties, as well as handling these procedures.
In certain cases, the customer may be asked to provide additional information or documentation necessary for the proper release of the goods.
The customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

If the order has not yet left our warehouse, it will be canceled immediately.
If it has already been shipped, the refund will be issued once we receive the returned merchandise.
